WENDY HIGH SCHOOL

FROM PRINCIPAL'S DESK - WENDY HIGH SCHOOL

The world has changed enormously since Wendy High School welcomed its first student in 1975, but its mission to attract and develop exceptional students and teachers from all backgrounds to serve a meritocratic India remains as vital now as it was then. With scholarships and bursaries available to support almost half of our students, we aim to reduce, as far as possible, any financial barriers to admission.
At Wendy High School, we take it as our responsibility to find what is exceptional in students. The experience that we provide for them here gives every student an all-round education built on a foundation of Service, Adventure, Sports, Creative Arts and Academics. We also nurture a commitment to compassion, respect and wellbeing that we believe is an antidote to the entitlement, anxiety and lack of connection that dominate the day-to-day lives of so many teenagers.
To prepare our students to enter a competitive and interconnected world we build their capacity to collaborate, take intellectual risks and turn their ideas and passions into something original and valuable. We want them to leave Wendy High School ready to engage with and contribute to any team they find themselves a member of; life is a team sport after all.

With the support of our Alumni, we also have an enviable reach into internships and work placements that help to shape both aspiration and opportunity.

FROM VICE PRINCIPAL'S DESK - WENDY HIGH SCHOOL

"The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character-that is the goal of true education." -Martin Luther King

Since the Year 2020 the whole world is facing manifold irresistible challenges due to biological disaster and NLK Group Of Schools in this adverse situation too is standing tall. This is the result of committed management and devoted staff.

Wendy High School, a renowned branch of NLK Group of Schools, is an institution of vision where we try to work towards holistic development of our students by providing them skills and experiences that encourage our students to think and act. The aim is to create empowered minds so that students can differentiate between right and wrong which can help them to avail opportunities that enable them to live in harmony with all existence.

Education imparted in our institution is not confined to the class room alone but is moving beyond that in form of extra curricular activities. We provide the value based education to our students so that they can grow in every sphere of life. We also ensure that our students are well versed with the culture and traditions of our country. The skillful methodologies adopted by our team of educators make students innovative and enhance their confidence. Nelson Mandela has rightly said….

Education is the most powerful weapon,
Which you can use to change the world.

The administration, parents and faculty with their joint effort can create an awakening society. I wish and pray that everyday be a special day for every child who enters the portals of Wendy High School with a heart and mind set to grow more than yesterday. May the blessings of the Almighty God be with each one of us for making our institution the successful one.
