Joining NLK Group of Schools as a teacher has indeed impacted my life in a positive manner. NLK Group of Schools is huge group of educators and I feel very grateful to be a part of it. It has many Branches and here, I am from one of its branch NLK'S Archies kids which is located in Patrakarpuram, Kanpur.
A good school not only provides the bookish knowledge but educates you on the wisdom to apply the knowledge appropriately. Archies kids has helped me to realise that what I am passionate about and to be a better teacher. The part of NLK group of schools I noticed is that they value the opinion of each and every mentor.
The curriculum of NLK Group of Schools is the perfect mix of scholastic and non-scholastic activities which enhances the all-round personality development of children. All the Students love to participate in each and every activity and so many wonderful competitive debates.
The school also inculcated humanitarian qualities in me by engaging us with Orphanages and donation drives on Christmas. Such endeavours help us to realise that we should contribute to society also.
Today I feel a great sense of pride when I say that I am a teacher of NLK's Archies Kids as it has moulded me into better person.

NLK Little Steps sows the seeds of character and conduct in the young minds of its students. It aims at making the student’s future ready by developing their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. The curriculum has been designed keeping in view the needs, aptitudes and interests of the children.
One of the goals of education is to prepare students to learn through discovery. The educators of NLK Little Steps strongly advocate learning by doing. Here we engage the students in various productive activities related to different subjects. The students learn to analyse the topics. We encourage the students to think for themselves and explore the idea that inspires their curiosities. We work with technology to teach thoughts not content because learning is indeed all about full of joy, curiosity, hope, knowledge, and constant change. I can proudly say that we empower our students to be critical thinkers.
It is rightly said, ‘A healthy balance between academics and extracurricular activities is necessary for the well-rounded development of the student.’ A flurry of curricular and co-curricular activities is conducted to get a smart mix of education with fun! An enthusiastic participation in these activities helps the students to develop self-confidence.

The world is rapidly changing and we want our students to remain competent in this 21st century. For this only our pedagogy and teaching methodology is constraint towards the technical aspects or just towards the social aspects. Rather we at N.L.K. focus a blend of both where the students are taught to be technical with having all the social skills in them. The crux of the curriculum is not to prepare machines who could just do the same as other professionals are doing. We focus on preparing humans who could bring a positive change in the society with the technical effect. We are developing the creative and innovative skills in our students through the various workshops, case studies and academic teaching. This will help them becomes efficient decision-makers and problem-solvers in future. Our focus is on the academics without forgetting the digital literacy, collaborative skills, ethics and philosophy. We have not taken any step back even during the pandemic. With the help of the digital resources and digital literacy, which our students are proficient in, we have connected with each of our student. This connection has made our students do well in the areas of academics and they are no way lagging behind in the extra-curricular activities. From the online teaching classes to the career counselling sessions, from the assessments to providing e-certificates and medals, we have tried outreach ourselves and develop future-ready students.

I became interested in educational technologies because I believe that students have the potential to transform how we practice and think about education and learning.

Lectures can be taken any number of times. Unlike classroom teaching, with online learning you can access the content an unlimited number of times. This is especially required at the time of revision when preparing for an exam. In traditional form of learning, if you cannot attend the lecture, then you have to prepare for that topic on your own; in eLearning, you can attend the lectures whenever you want with ease.
A prime benefit of learning online is that it makes sure that you are in synchronization with modern learners. This enables the learner to access updated content whenever they want it.
Quick Delivery Of ELearning is a way to provide quick delivery of lessons. As compared to traditional classroom teaching method, this mode has relatively quick delivery cycles. Learning is a natural phenomenon. The decision of right and wrong and the concepts of justice develop through learning. Although the process of learning continues throughout the life, however the initial years of experience and education play a vital role in a child's development. All children should be given the opportunity to experience the very best possible start to their education and this is something that NLK is proud of.

Talking about the education, it is important for a teacher to know about learning, its concept and meaning because both teaching and learning complement each other. We, the teachers at NLK emphasize on the concept of "Learning by doing". We adopt easy and adaptable activities that enhance child's knowledge along with providing them a playful ambience. We are determined in imbibing moral ethics in the child so as to make the child grow socially. This fosters holistic development of the child.
